When a client sends me their script to review before ordering, I input the script into my image database to make sure I have images that compliment the content. I have thousands of images in my database so images usually are not an issue.
My image database has both vector and raster images. Vector images are best for whiteboard and is my first choice when selecting images.
If I have all the images needed to compliment the script content, normally I can do the whiteboard. If I don't have the images, I can't do. Again, it is important that you send me your script for review BEFORE ORDERING THE GIG, NOT AFTER, to make sure there are no issues. I will get clients that will order the gig before I get a chance to review the script. Those type of orders always seem to get cancelled and are more work than it is worth -- usually the script is poorly written (or no script at all) or I don't have the appropriate images, etc. To avoid cancellation, please, make sure you send me your script for review BEFORE ORDERING THE GIG.
SUPPLYING IMAGES
If I don't have the images to compliment your script content, you can provide images if the image quality is outstanding. YOU MUST SEND ME YOUR IMAGES FOR TESTING TO MAKE SURE THERE ARE NO ISSUES BEFORE ORDERING.
I have also had clients hire someone on Fiverr to draw the images by hand. There are other details involved so if you are considering hiring someone, WE MUST DISCUSS BEFORE YOU HIRE SOMEONE TO DRAW YOUR IMAGES. The last thing you want is to pay for 20 or 30 images and it turns out I can't use them. If possible, best to get at least one image example to send to me for testing before ordering the drawings.
PRODUCTS AND LOGOS
If you are promoting a product, you must provide me an image of that product. For HD video image quality has to be outstanding. If you send me poor quality images it will ruin the over look of the video.
If you want me to include your logo, you must provide the logo. The Logo image has to be outstanding quality/resolution for me to use. If the logo was created in Photoshop (PSD) or Illustrator (AI) and you have the original source file, please send.
ANIMATION
Many times I will get a script written for animation. I can't animate individual elements (make a person run, a house burn down, a kid throwing a ball, etc). The only animation in whiteboard animation is that it looks like I'm drawing the content on a whiteboard.
